Lexington Real Estate

Lexington has grown to a population of approximately 32,000 and was settled in 1642. Known as the site of the first shots of the American Revolutionary War in 1775, Lexington has always been popular due to its role in history. For many years the town was primarily a farming community which served produce to Boston. 

As of the 1960’s, many of Lexington’s farms had been slowly becoming developments for housing. Shortly after with numerous business springing up along the 128 corridor, Lexington became a prime town to live in for professionals and property values began to rise as a result. 

Today Lexington has some of the best school systems in the state. This coupled with beautiful homes and a great town center with art galleries, shopping and dining opportunities make Lexington a highly sought after community.
