Brookline Real Estate
Brookline is situated just west of Boston and is highly sought after for many reasons with Brookline Village, Coolidge Corner and Chestnut Hill among some of its hot spots. Coolidge Corner boasts numerous cafes, shops and the renowned Coolidge Corner Theater. Meanwhile Brookline Village has even more of these types of retail establishments along Harvard Street. Chestnut Hill has a collection of some of the finest homes with large and in many cases historic homes.
Conveniently on the green line, the real estate stock is replete with brick townhouses and brownstones that are peppered along Beacon Street and Commonwealth Avenue and an overall architecture that is similar to what we see downtown in Boston’s South End, Back Bay and Beacon Hill neighborhoods.
Other points of interest in Brookline include The Larz Anderson Auto Museum, one of the oldest automobile museums in the country as well as The Country Club, most often referred to as the golf club. This was the first country club located in the United States built solely for outdoor activities.
